More than 11,000 people nominated for BBC Make A Difference Awards 2023
The awards celebrate the everyday acts of kindness by members of the public going above and beyond to make a difference where they live.
Jonty Clark and Adrienne Cherrywood have been nominated for raising funds and delivering humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine.
Jonty and Adrienne are finalists in the Fundraiser category for an individual or group of people who have gone the extra mile to raise funds for a good cause.
The awards celebrate the everyday acts of kindness by members of the public going above and beyond to make a difference where they live. There are eight award categories including a new one this year for Bravery (all categories listed below).
The winners will be announced at our Make a Difference Awards ceremonies hosted by local BBC radio stations up and down the country in September and across all local BBC radio stations on their afternoons shows.
