Guy Fawkes/ Diwali

As part of our Enrichment, we combined the celebration of Diwali and Firework night together where we learnt about the history of Guy Fawkes and why Firework night is celebrated. We also learnt about the festival of light that is celebrated through Diwali. In class, each child created some Artwork e.g. Rangoli patterns, Diya lamps and sampling food before enjoyed the evening celebrations of Fireworks and hot dogs together.
